Men’s Soccer: Eagles Fall to Bob Jones

TBC Eagles Men's Soccer traveled to Bob Jones University on Saturday for a South Region contest with the Bruins. Bob Jones scored twice in the game's first 12 minutes and gradually expanded their lead on route to a 5-0 win.

Despite a strong defensive effort, goalkeeper Mason Lambert faced 14 shots on goal in 25 total attempts; he saved 9, maintaining the 7th-highest save percentage in NCCAA Division 2 at 75.8.

The Bruins' defense kept the Eagles from taking any shots, and their offense got goals from four different players, including two from Asher Aurednik.

The Eagles will visit NAIA Florda College for a 6:30 p.m. kickoff on Friday, October 11. Florda College will then come to Talon Field at 1:30 p.m. on Homecoming Saturday, October 19. Barring any changes, the regular season will then conclude on the home field against South Region rival Pensacola Christian College on October 26.
